Latest research into rheumatoid arthritis suggests types of white blood
cells called B Cells are a primary cause of disease,
new drugs are being tested to act on these cells and
are proving successful. The new drug stops the signal
between this cell and other inflammatory cells, thus
reducing inflammation and joint damage.
